Founded in 2025, The Serve Collective was born from a simple conviction: when we truly understand people, we can serve them better—and when we serve better, we all grow. We are a faith-led nonprofit dedicated to walking alongside individuals and communities as they pursue stability, wellness, and opportunity.
Our work is rooted in humility and shaped by the example of Jesus. We believe service is not an event, but a way of life—a commitment to show up even when it’s difficult, inconvenient, or uncomfortable.
Every day, people face barriers that threaten their ability to thrive—barriers like unstable housing, limited access to education or jobs, a lack of emotional wellness support, and systems that overlook their needs.

Participants gain tools for budgeting, navigating loans, and exploring rent-to-own opportunities, setting the stage for long-term housing stability.
Our workshops guide aspiring homeowners step-by-step through the buying process. We connect participants with grants, incentives, and trusted real estate professionals to make the dream of homeownership an achievable reality.
We provide tailored reentry assistance for individuals seeking meaningful employment—particularly in the trades. From resume coaching to OSHA certification and apprenticeship placement, we prepare participants for stable, high-demand careers.
Through accessible workshops and coaching, we teach strategies for managing debt, building savings, and investing in the future. Our goal is to help individuals create generational wealth and develop strong financial habits.
We partner with counselors and community organizations to host workshops focused on emotional wellness, trauma support, and mental health first aid. These sessions empower individuals to care for themselves and support others.
Our coaching programs offer personal and professional guidance, helping individuals set goals, build leadership skills, and find accountability through one-on-one and group mentorship relationships.
