REQUEST AN ESTIMATE/ FEASIBILITY STUDY
Ready to get started? Request a SITE VISIT to start building on an EXISITING property or request a FEASIBILITY STUDY for a NEW CONSTRUCTION project. These tools refine the scope of work and timeline.
FINANCING PRE-APPROVALS
Once you have approved your project proposal and secured the necessary funding, we will produce an invoice. Upon initial payment, we can begin the Phase 1 Design stages of your project.
DESIGN
During your design consultation, you will finalize your project design, layout, and final finish materials. Upon approval of your design materials are ordered, we will complete the permits, and we will schedule a start date.
CONSTRUCTION
During this process, Eluvial manages the communication and status updates between the client and our subcontractors. Our client member portal allows us to keep all communication on one platform and keep you up to date with clients. Our member portal will enable clients to request change orders, manage the timeline, installation dates, and important project updates.
DELIVERY
Upon completion, the last few steps involve a final inspection and clean-up. Finally, you are free to enjoy your newly created space!
